Usually I'm not one for using packets of stuff and frozen produce but I do keep some in just in case.
On this occasion That payed off.
I wanted to make an Udon noodle soup. I love thick noodles and I love soup. What could be better.
The thing is I was running low on supplies. So I raided my cupboards and freezer and came up with:
- Some Ginger
- medium noodles (not Udon but never mind)
- Blue dragon szechuan tomato sauce packet
- frozen mixed veg
- frozen peppers (bought, copped and frozen)
- non meat chicken substitute (like quarn)
- veg stock cube
